Frames missed and skipped no matter what I try

Please someone help. I'm losing my mind. My OBS was working fine for weeks and all of sudden, not after a update or something like that, it just wont work anymore. I didn't change any setting and I can't find the solution. I have problems now with "frames missed due to rendering lag" even if I'm not streaming/recording. And problems with "skipped frames due to encoding lag" at the moment when I start streaming. I try all the possible solutions from this forum and nothing worked.

Tried switching on and off the game mode, tried this: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Laptop-Troubleshooting. And multiple other things I encountered here.

Oh no. That's even worse I guess? Basically the frames missed due to rendering lag start as soon as OBS opens, and skipped frames due to encoding lag as soon as I start streaming. I dont get it. I cant find any problem in the settings, or anything different than when it used to work?
