Bug Report Frames from previous recording appearing randomly in next one?

Hi guys, really strange thing but I think after some recent updates (1-2m, maybe after new NVENC?) I got random frames appearing in my videos..., example:

The frame looks like from the end of.. previous recording. I have also noticed them on my other videos but right at the beginning, examples:

Max Quality
Look Ahead ON
Psycho Visual Tuning ON

Any idea what can be wrong?

I have that as well/had that !

I also have more issues then that which makes no sense to have on an i9 9900k and 2080 ti.

What are your specs ?

1080Ti + i7 8700K in streaming PC. I use NVENC to record in 4K60.
