Question / Help Frames dropping significantly in game when OBS open after newest Windows update.

Before the latest Windows update, I could stream with no issues in game, after the update my frames in game have dropped significantly when using OBS. None of my OBS settings have changed as far as I'm aware. One factor might be that Nvidia GEForce experience downloaded as well, which affected my in game lag as well, but I turned in game overlay off and it improved but still bad. I'm not sure where to go from here, any tips would be very helpful!
