I love OBS Studio. Just getting a little down lately. I'm new to streaming but have been around the community for yrs. I have a 5960x and r9 fury card. My obs studio setting output is 2100 bit rate for viewers on mobile to be able to watch. Encoder preset is at medium. Runs fine one day and the next gets all out of wack. Video output is at 1280x720. Downscale filter is lanczos common fps value is 30. My internet is 339 down 16up. Any help would be much appreciated. Much love to everyone.
