I have been streaming with ZERO issues since February and on November 28th I now drop frames due to my bitrate fluctuating badly. COX says they do not throttle but im still not sure. I bypassed my router, did a clean wipe and refresh of my PC, bought a new Docsis 3.1 modem with channels 32X8, had a COX tech come out and upgrade my cable line from the road to my modem, researched this as much as possible and still cannot fix the issue. Someone Please Help Me! I have 65k subs and am definitely losing some income due to this!
