Question / Help Frames Drop alot when trying to stream

as stated above whenever i am trying to stream i get horrible frame rate dips, sometimes as bad as frame skipping.
i have a GTX1080FE and my cpu is a i7 6800k if anyone has any idea please help me out.

for bit rate OBS had set it too 6000 which i then lowered down to 3500

the issue isnt with the stream its what happens in game sometimes with frame rate drops

Hm, does the Game it self, have any errors when starting, and or error files? etc etc.
