Frames are missed due to rendering and encoding delay

After switching to the 7500F system, I am recording for the first time, all my settings are the same, but there are a lot of errors. What could be the reason for this?
I added the sounds to be captured as sound output rather than from the settings, could this be a reason?

If my settings are bad, I'm waiting for new suggestions. I shoot 1080p and convert it to 2K from Premiere

Hint: Go from the bottom upwards (plugins, mismatching capture methods, mismatching audio samplerates...)

In addition to the analyzer info: make sure your T: drive is an internal drive and no external USB drive. Recording to USB drives might be unstable.
