Framerate issues

Hello,

I am recording tapes from an old camcorder onto OBS and everything seemed to work perfectly. While I watched the video play on OBS as it was recording the video quality was perfectly fine. However, once I decided to watch the file when it was done it would turn into a slideshow. Once I got to around the 25 min mark it would display one frame every few seconds while the audio worked perfectly. This is my first time using this software so any help is appreciated.

You're overloading the iGPU. There's no need to have your canvas at 1920x1080 -- since you're capturing camcorder footage, you should set your resolution and framerate to match what you're capturing (which looks to be 720x480 at 50fps).

That should help out a bit with the encoder overloading. I'm guessing the rendering lag is also a result of overloading your iGPU with the encoding.

Try with the updated resolution/framerate, and post another log file. If there's still encoding lag, you may actually be better off using x264 encoding.
