Question / Help Framerate drops when I start OBS

Im pretty new to OBS and dont know much but something strange is happening with OBS latlely. I downloaded OBS today and everything was working so far i set everything up and tried to record minecraft when i noticed my fps beeing at 40-50 even when i dont record. So i closed OBS and they got up to the usual 100-120. I know i wont be able to record games with my current hardware but when i get a new computer I would want to be able to record with obs. I know the problem might be gone with a new pc but I might just get enough money for a new graphics card. I also already disabled the preview.

My Specs:
AMD A8 6600k APU @4.1ghz (with Radeon HD 8570D Graphics usualy at 950mhz but because OBS crashes my pc when i oc, its at stock 844mhz right now)
MSI fm2-a55m-e33 motherboard
RAM 8GB G.Skill F3-10666CL9-8GBNT
OS Windows 10 Home x64
All drivers are up to date.

I tried streaming mc and i had the same problem. I believe it is the windows November 14 update that broke obs. Try disabling ur windows dvr and see if that atleast gets u 80 frames.
