So I have a dual PC setup, and whenever I project the scene with my game play from my gaming PC onto the monitor that my capture card sees, I will get frame capped at 60hz, instead of running at 144hz. This will intermittently happen and I cant determine what is causing it. My display settings are set to extend, not duplicate. I am using the Elgato HD60 Pro for my capcard, and I know this is a 60hz limited card, but I am using display port into my monitor, and HDMI into the card. The hardest part is that sometimes it wont frame cap at 60hz, and actually will refresh at 144hz. Sometimes when I reboot the system it fixes the issues but not every time. Seems like it might be a Vsync issue? My Nvidia setting is set to let the application decide. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!
