Still trying to resolve the problem of frame skipping while recording on my 144hz monitor. This time i caped the fps to 60 and went so far to reduce quality of the game too see if the GPU is getting over loaded, but its not. So how the hell am i still getting 2% frame skip which is really noticeable??

SOLUTION!
Ok, already found a solution for anyone having a simular problem, its would appear so that the mp4 video format is scuffed, so try to use the flv format if possible, seemed to have worked for me.

The container shouldn't affect this at all. If anything, it might have affected which player application was opened as the default for the .flv file extension.

You should not be recording directly to .mp4 anyway as any error or crash during recording will result in an unrecoverable file; using .flv or .mkv is recommended. (MKV if you need multi track audio).

I think the container did effect the video because .flv for me opens in vlc, but when i tried to open .mp4 with vlc the stuttering was still there. So, im glad everything is as it should be now. You have been a great help solving my problems on many accasions. Thanks!
