I'm having an issue, and it could just be a lack of knowledge with the platform. I've been trying to stream games to social media, and they have been streaming at a basic 30fps, even though I'm running the game(s) with v sync AND they run more than 60fps. I am running my resolution as 1440x900 and have my obs set up to have the 60 fps cap, as well as I have a graphics card that isn't close to maxing out while playing the game. Any help is greatly appreciated
