I've been doing gameplay recording with OBS now for several months at 1080p60. I use my rx580 for the video encoding. My settings are using the h265 encoder with the quality preset, constant bitrate with a target bitrate of 40000. The rest I've left untouched. I save the files as mp4's and have it recording 2 audio tracks, one my mic the other the game. Up until October when I would bring my raw footage into my editing software it would read my frame rate as 60.00000. In October it started reading the frame rate very strangely. For instance, the first one was recorded in September, the second picture was recorded yesterday and the 3rd today. I have changed the encoding since September from 264 to 265, but I have tried going back and it didn't change. I am at my wits end, as the only fix I have is to re-encode my footage through handbrake, which I'd rather not do.
