First and foremost excuse any of my lack of understanding of video and stuff.
Anything I seem to record with OBS becomes all choppy when I put the video into sony vegas. The video is supposed to be 30fps, and it looks fine in VLC when it's done recording. But when I put a video I recorded with OBS into the the editing software it says it's only going 20fps. It only seems to be videos I record with OBS, as other video sources I throw into vegas look just as they do in the media player; that being said it must be a settings issue in OBS right? Very frustrating. Any suggestions would be helpful.
If it helps at all, I've just been doing a window recording of an android emulator playing clash royale. Though the same issue persisted when I tried to record a flash game in my browser as a test.
I'm sure it's just a silly settings thing that I don't get. Though I've spent the last 2 hours trial and erroring, trying other peoples suggestions I find on other threads that I think might help my issue.
I would equate it to a hardware issue, but the videos look 100% in VLC.
