When i click pubg the FPS drops to less than 20

This does not happen with other games like starcraft 2

2017-12-22 02-25-47.txt - logs from SC2 session

Any suggestions on a possible culprit, i think it could be the PUBG V1.0 release doing it. But is there a way to be certain?

Thanks!

I was able to record earlier and there was no issue, no hardware changes between sessions.

Ok, I've come to the conclusion it's my old computer just can't play pubg at any decent FPS and because of this OBS isn't able to keep up either.

I don't think it is a computer issue. 1.0 has had some kind of impact because I also get fps drops after playing for about 20 minutes and streaming (not recording). This did not happen before and my specs are more than enough to handle any kind of streaming, with any game for that matter. I have a new 8700k, 32gb of ram and a 1080, all temps are good while playing.
