Frame Rate dropping upon start in OBS 30.2.4

Hi all!

I use OBS 30.2.4 as a virtual camera for live virtual cooking classes via Zoom for my business. Recently (as of yesterday), I have had an issue with the FPS dropping from 30.00 FPS to about 1.54-1.92 FPS about 10-30 seconds after opening OBS. As far as the camera input setups I have the following:
- 3 MEVO Start connected through NDI
- 1 ATEM Mini connected to my MacBook Pro through USB-C (ATEM Mini has two camera inputs through HMDI and an Rode microphone audio input)

I am not sure what OBS settings would be valuable information to include. I have never had any issues before and I have tried to trouble shoot by lowering the resolution on my MEVO cameras and playing around with some of the settings, but I am at a loss for solutions. Any help would be much appreciated! Happy to followup with any specific Settings that are currently in place to help with diagnosis.

What else running in background? don't ignore overall system hardware resource utilization impacts of background applications and processes.
Something could have changed in latest OBS Studio release impacting your setup, or you may have been on the edge of sufficient compute resources, and an Operating System, driver, or other application update/change, now consuming more resources now than before, and that is causing your issue

Thank you for your reply... I closed down everything else that might've been running in the background, and I have tested it with only OBS active (and Finder). I don't think I have updated anything recently that would've affected it, and I have actually held off on updating to the newest Apple iOS (Sequoia) because I heard it is not compatible with OBS.
Potentially there was a MEVO update that might've installed automatically, but I am not sure. Is there any way to check or isolate what may be the problem?
