Question / Help Frame rate drop while streaming FPS games

For whatever reason while streaming first person shooters, whenever a lot is going on on-screen, the frame rate to the stream drops significantly. I can stream games like Dark Souls and Hotline Miami just fine, but Overwatch and CSGO cause the stream to drop frames.

Limit fps in the game.

I limited FPS but now the resolution is super grainy. I am using the same log as last time.
