I've spent like 5 hours trying to fix this problem but i can't seem to stop it. Whenever i stop my recording, it freezes at "Stopping recording..." and never stops. And even if it did. 89-99% of my footage is skipped frames. I only see about 1 frame every minute. The audio is fine but nothing else works! Heres the log.
Frame rate at 1 frame a minute and stopping recording wont stop it.

For start, use the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the recommended settings. Restart OBS and test without changing it.
