Question / Help Frame rate advice please

Can anybody advise what's the best FPS value to use bearing in mind we're in the UK?

I'm tending to think 25 or 50 rather than the recommended 30 or 60.

Any views?

It usually depends on what you're streaming. If you're into streaming retro consoles from your region, 25/50 FPS is a good bet. Not so much PC gaming, as 60 FPS is pretty much industry standard.
