When I was using NDI with OBS, I installed NDI Tools on both PC's, got it running/communicating first & then I brought OBS into the mix. Took less than 30 minutes & I never I had problems. Here's some info to help you troubleshoot.

I do currently have NDI on both PC. That is how they communicate. I'm just confused how im losing frames from Gaming PC to Streaming PC. When i have no Frames drops, or network drops when looking at the Stats.

Tools or just the runtime? If you have tools installed on both & it's working without issue, then the problem is more than likely OBS or that crappy SE you have installed....

honestly just did this... feel that was the reason why.. i updated the runtime, but not the actual tool. and maybe 4.10 wasn't correctly communicating with the runtime. doing some more testing but overall seems alot better now.

Cool! Yeah, that's possible. There seemed to be alot of issues with the plugin updates after OBS updated to qt6. I personally haven't used it since I finished building my 12900k/3090 early last year. I do everything with it & still have tons of headroom.
