Question / Help Frame in a cam miniature capture?

I was wondering, while recoding a gameplay and having a miniature from a webcam added to a main screen, is it possible via OBS to add some kind of a frame to it? As an additional visual effect.

Yes, that is an overlay
You add an image and put your webcam above that image
