Hello. I have been using OBS for a few months now and I have never had this problem until recently. When I stream on Twitch I average around 15-20% frame drops when I have never had above 1% previous to having this issue. Anyone know what may be causing this issue or how to fix it?

Maybe reducing bitrate can solve this
Or changing Twitch ingest server
Use this tool with 64 K TCP windo and 60 sec

Monitor capture is not optimum for games.
Use game capture instead.

I have never had this issue before so it makes no sense to me.
