Hello i have weird problem with frame drops few months ago with 4 mb upload i could stream with 2000 bitrate without frame drops, now i have 10 mb upload (same internet provider) and i'm getting frame drops with 2500 bitrate like 10% frame dropped(1h stream)

My ping is fine just frame drops and in game lags but like i said ping i low all the time i dont really know where those lags came from :(
