Question / Help Frame Drops With better internet?

Hello, I want to know why I'm getting so many frame drops after I got 4 times better and more stable internet than I had before
My Down is around 40-50, Up 25-35, before it was Down 20, and Up around 6-9.

I don't know what to do, I haven't changed any OBS settings or anything just have new internet and that's it.

are you using ethernet? (wired internet connection)
