Question / Help Frame drops when ingame FPS is higher than 60

I'm streaming with OBS Studio (64-bit)
And it seems like I'm losing frames if my game is running more than 60 fps, but if i put a limit to 60 fps I stop dropping frames?
I've had this problem for a while but it doesn't seem to do it in all games tho.
The games I'm having trouble with is Euro Truck Simulator 2, SOS, PUBG, Battalion 1944 and some other games as well.
I've encountered the problem with both NVENC and x264 encoding with my bitrate is set to 6000 (when i stream with x264 it's set to around 4500) and I'm using the game capture.

I'm using 2 screens:
Main monitor 165 hz - 1440p
2nd monitor 59 hz - 1080p

Hardware:
Intel i7-6700k
GTX 1080TI

Network:
100/20

Hope someone can help me solve my problem, if you need more information let me know!

same issue bud, did you manage to find a fix?
I use it for local recording & even when limiting my Framerate to 60-63 it still flickers the fps now & again.
Making the recording just look horrendous & inconsistent.
I've switched to shadowplay as of now to record my YouTube videos, as its reliable.
