Question / Help Frame drops using obs

I'm getting 1-4% frame drops when using obs with my elgato HD60 Pro. I don't get any drops when using another software. However I rather use obs to keep my cpu usage down. I'm not home and can't give a dxdiag right now, but can later, until then
