Question / Help Frame drops (OBS) and Bad quality

Ok So I'm using An i7 4790K and a RX470 to record
I was recording minecraft for a troll edit and my OBS had frame drops (no error like High cpu usage) and ingame I had no problems, and the quality was really bad too

Is there any help? (look log file)

Use the simple recording settings from https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...lity-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/

Edit: Also limit ingame fps so your GPU usage doesn't go to 100%
