Hey there,

I am a mod (and TechSupport LUL) for a streamer and she is currently facing a rather wierd issue.
Whenever she streams she experiences some severe Framedrops for like 3 up to 30 seconds every 3 to 20 minutes.
Here is a to show what is happening. This is a rather "soft" example of what's going on.

CPU Usage during these times seems fine. So does Bitrate.

What could be the cause of this? I am open for literally any suggestions.

Also I added some logs of her recent streams, if you need anything more, please tell me.

Okay thanks for your response

to add further information:

I can stream from her place with my Hardware on the same settings, perfectly fine. She is not using wireless.
The Internet itself / bitrate cannot cause this specific issue. Same goes with the HW from the ISP, as they both work fine.
The windows installation itself is pretty fresh (2 months old) and has no further enhancement driver bullshit added to it.

There is no Antivirus / Antimalware program installed though I probably should check if there is any issue related to that (maybe adware or smth.)

Are the logs okay though?

Things I could check on would be:
Try changing servers
Update Network Adapter Driver (although it should be up to date)
Try the "new network code"
Check the Bind to IP settings

Anything else?

Okay ... good... uhm.
Can you tell me which part of the log indicates these issues? ( I believe you, I just need to know what indicates these issues, so if I fixed them or not to see if it is working/ gone from the logs)

And since it is not based on the internet or exterior internet related hw itself - I should start on the drivers or network HW on the pc?

Thanks again for your help
