Hello,
i have read the other threads for the answer and am coming up short for a solution. I was hoping you could look at my logs and offer some suggestions. Thank you! Im uploading two logs, one is on the PS$ the other on my NIntendo Switch.

Window capture is the least performant type of capture, and you're only using it because Elgato has no MacOS drivers. Elgato unfortunately advertised its capture devices as both compatible with MacOS and compatible with OBS without noting that it is NOT compatible with OBS on MacOS.

Use a different capture device or use Elgato's software-- there really isn't much of any way around it. Or else install Windows.

That makes sense. I don't think however this has anything to do with my elgato. for the past two weeks i've had no frame drop issues. These are coming out of nowhere. My upload KBPS will drop to rapidly, the average is 2500 KBPS and it will sometimes drop to zero. 800, 1500. The light goes form green to yellow to green to red etc.

are these two issues related?

That looks like a network issue to me. Are you using a wired or wireless connection? What is your upload and download speed? If wireless, how far away are you from your router?

Its a wired connection. I also switched from Video capture to display capture. I also think maybe my local server was overloaded on the day in question.
