Question / Help Frame drops in stream/recording only

I've played a bit with the settings and been hoping to record at a higher frame rate/quality. In game my framerate is usually around 80-100 frames.
I've had my output on 720 before but it doesn't quite fix the framelag.
If my current build isn't strong enough to stream and record 1080, then please recommend me what I should replace to make it work.
