So I know there was a forum warning about things of this nature but I don't think my problem is related. I'm pretty sure its not my hardware, I don't know my full build off the top of my head but I can say that my CPU is an i7 Kaby Lake and my GPU is a 1080 FTW, I have 16 gb of memory. I'm using my universities internet which is about 80mg up at a bad time so I cant imagine that's the problem either. However whenever I try to stream I have a terrible framerate on the stream and I cant for the life of me figure out why. What really surprised me was when I did some recordings and as I watched back the footage I found the same frame drops in the recorded video. Anybody else experienced this?
My OBS output settings are
Rescale Value- 1280/720p
Constant Bit Rate- 5000
Keyframe Interval- 2 sec
CPU usage- veryfast
profile- high
Tune- None
Anyone got a fix for this, am I missing something obvious?
