I tried out version 19.0.3 and 19.0.2 and this issue is occurring on both versions. My BIOS is up to date and I am on the server with the least amount of lag. Recently I have been having up to 60% frame drops while streaming along with OBS reconnects and disconnects. At this point I think it might be time for a new router/modem, but I am unsure. I've posted the logs below. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
