Question / Help FRAME DROPS 240 TO 10 ON OSU!

since i downloaded OBS i tried a whole bunch of diferent configs and i cant find anything that allows me to play without the frame drop.. please help ( sry for my bad english )

You can play the games, but that cpu is NOT suitable for use with obs.
