When i play fast games like Overwatch i drop frames. 50-200 frames at a time pretty often.
When i play slower games i might drop 20 frames once in a while
I cant figure out why.

Im not dropping frames at 720p 60 FPS - 3500 bitrate and buffer

My CPU is only using 50-60% of its power...

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-6800K - 6 Core 3.4 GHz
GPU: Geforce GTX 970 - 4 GB
RAM: 32 GB
Running on SSD and Windows 10
Internet Speed: 340 Mbps / 340 Mbps

Im using the latest OBS Studio

OBS Settings:
Bitrate: 6000
Buffer: 6000
Res: 1080p
FPS: 60
Preset: Veryfast

I could just go 720p, but i really want to know whats causing the frame drops...

Your connection can't handle the added bitrate.

Im confused...

I always thought a 3,5 Mbps upload connection would allow me like 3500 bitrate.
And then a 6 Mbps upload should allow 6000 bitrate??
And ofc. some exstra bandwidth for games and such...

And i got 340 Mbps upload, so how should my connection not be able to handle it?

Am i completely wrong??? :s

Can you upload a logfile after you have attempted a streaming session please (For at least a few minutes, doing everything you would normally for the test stream)

340mbit upload is just your last mile of connection.

It doesn't tell you how stable your connection to your streaming service is.

This is from Twitch Inspector showing the bitrate from the stream. (That lasted ~7 hours)
Only once for a few sec it dropped to 1492 kbps.
Average bitrate is 5865.

If you get an average bitrate of ~5.8k, try running a bitrate of 5k-5.25k, should allow plenty of headroom for background services and programs that auto-update.
