Hello.

Whenever I choose Intel quick sync h.264 encoder, a lot of frames dropped. here is a part of a latest log.

16:52:35.630: Output 'adv_stream': Total encoded frames: 443
16:52:35.630: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 443
16:52:35.630: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 198 (44.7%)

but Nvidia hvenc h.264 encoder works fine. but I need to use Intel quick sync encoder for a 60fps broadcasting without impacts on vga performance.

I'm using two monitors. Main one(connected to nvidia vga), and second one(connected intel onboard hd4600).

Maybe Quick Sync cannot produce good CBR?

16:52:35.630: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 198 (44.7%)

from your log means - bitrate was more than you can transmit.

Soved. It caused by twitch's bitrate limits of 3500kbps. Set encoding bitrates below that,Quick sync works fine.
