im from germany, i hope my english is good enough.
My setup is including a Laptop with an i7 6500HQ.
This Laptop i want to use for encoding. I capture the Video Signal with an Elgato HD60.
My Gaming PC doesnt matter i guess for my issue..
But one more importent thing is my Internet Connection.

On OBS everything is standard.
x264 / very fast / 30fps / downscale to 720p

Must be workin i thought ... i76500HQ for a standard 720p/30fps & almost 10k upload.
But i loose Frames on obs ... still on 540p.
Rlly dont know whats the problem here. Maybe elgato ?
Its not the hd60s or pro ... just the standard hd60.
Not sure what doesnt want to work.
Any ideas ?
