During a recording, it records at 60 FPS whilst on my desktop, internet browser, discord etc. Every time I switch to a game, the frames drop severely. I don't know how to fix this or what to do, but recording gameplay is impossible like this. Would appreciate some help or tips :) (If any more info is needed, tell me :))

Well it's rather simple. Your CPU is too weak to do encoding at that quality/resolution:

Code:
00:04:33.694: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 272/306 (88.9%)
00:08:02.999: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1766/1836 (96.2%)
00:12:03.783: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 759/1512 (50.2%)
00:15:41.589: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 434/899 (48.3%)

If your only goal is recording, either update your GPU drivers to 17.5.1 and above which will give you access to the AMF encoder or turn x264 to preset ultrafast, CRF at 21 and hope for the best.
