Bug Report Frame drop just from having OBS open

Hey,

I use OBS MP for recording my games and screen and one games that aren't very optimized and run under 70fps I get this noticeable drop in fps just from having OBS reviewing the window (Not recording). For example on The Forest V0.44 without OBS open I get around 80-90 FPS and when opened it drops to 30-50 without even recording, I tested it on a few other games that I get well over 200 fps. For Counter Strike global offensive I get well over 400+ and with OBS previewing the "Scene" it drop to 190-240 (This is all without recording or even streaming)

i7-4790k
GTX-960

Previewing WILL affect the fps as it starts encoding the frames but doesn't save the video to the hard drive.
