Question / Help Frame drop issues

I was recording a day ago solid 60fps with R6 running at 200fps
Then today I start doing the same thing and OBS starts having these huge Frame drops and spikes and cannot keep a solid 60fps
Not really sure what the issue could be, I put the logs in an attachment.

One logfile shows significant GPU overload that could probably be remedied by capping in-game framerate, which is usual advice:

11:38:17.287: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 10622 (40.3%)

The other logfile has no recording or streaming session in it, so there's nothing to compare to.

It may also help to turn Game DVR off:

13:33:19.176: Game DVR: On

And to double-check that Windows 10 Game Mode is off as well.
