Question / Help FRAME DROP HELP GHOST IMAGE

Hello group, I need some assistance here, I have done my settings as best as I could, can anyone take a look at my Log file and tell me if I need to change some settings? I keep getting frame drops (Gosthly looking images) can someone review my log and tell me what I am doing wrong?
