I have just started using Elgato HD60s to record gameplay from my pc. At first, I used the Elgato's software and then I learned about OBS.
When I use OBS, I can see that a lot of frames are dropped and there is an audio delay about 0.5s, which was present in Elgato's software too.

I am providing my more recent log: https://obsproject.com/logs/iO1bqrclXKxNcQCM

Create a baseline configuration according to the performance of your machine: Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard
If available, use a hardware encoder, since your CPU seem to struggle to encode 1080p with x264. Encoding seems to be bottlenecked by something - make sure your GPU card is located in the pci-express bus slot next to the CPU and the pci-e speed in the tool GPU-Z is given as @ x16 and not slower.
If you have to use a hardware encoder, enable the Intel iGPU in your BIOS if possible and use Quicksync. Use the AMD hardware encoder only as last resort.
