Question / Help frame drop after starting stream

ive attached the log which show's the issue also the title says it all. even after i stop the stream the frame lag is still there till i restart entire pc

i ran as adam and the hook part is fixed now buti am trying to stream league of legends i did stream about 12 months ago with an nvidia 770 the only differance is i now haev a 1060 nvidia
