Question / Help Fragmented picture and sound

Hi, I recorded a video today and the pictures were jumpy and staggered, the sound was good and solid but with the pictures being staggered the sound did not match. I re-tried several times with re-recording but to no avail, The sound was solid but with the video but did not match the pictures. I was using the chroma key at the time. Can anyone advise, please?

GPU overload.

This machine only has an integrated GPU, which makes it less than ideal for use with OBS. Try lowering your canvas resolution. You may want to try not using chroma key on this hardware.
