Bug Report fractional screen error

Hi,

i have a fractional screen error, when I record or transmit with obs, I must note that I am running it on a server with Windows Server 2019 Standard

OBS is not designed for running on a vps/in a rdp session. It requires a physical GPU. The emulated GPU in a vps/rdp session isn't supported.
