Fractional FPS or Integer FPS ??? to record fps games

what should i use Fractional FPS or Integer FPS ? to record fps games i have 72hz monitor when i use common fps in obs and set to 60 fps the video result is laggy becuz my in game fps is more than 200+ can i solve it for me ??? :) i will be happy if the problem solve BTW i want to upload the video to Youtube

My Spec :
Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1650 Super
16GB DDR4 3200mhz
1920 x 1080 72hz
