Fractional FPS help

Hi i want to record a video with OBS and i need 23.98 fps
i tryed to do that with fractional fps but i cant seem to get it just right is there an online calculator or something what nominator and denominator i need to get 23.98 fps?

You want probably the movie frame rate, which is actually a fraction: exactly 23,976023976023976023976023976024. This is the fraction 24000/1001, and these two numbers are what you need to enter in OBS for the fractional fps.
