FPS went 20-30% Low

Hello iam a facebook streamer my fps went like 20-30% low even before streaming or recording it went to this low only by launching or opening OBS is there any soulution i can do to fix it i mean its new before a couple of days i had no problems
My laptop spec are
I5 9th gen
GTX 1650 + Dedicated UHD620
8Gb of ram 3600hz
1tb of m.2
The teps are good not cpu gpu usage are not more than 75%

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
