FPS & Video Format from my webcam are red

Hi guys,
I have Logitech Brio 4k cam. Before I reinstall my windows 11 and I have never this problem. When I added my cam, cam shows picture but only in 1280x720 ( I want 1920x1080). I can't change it because buttons FPS and Video Format are red. When I launch app "Camera" from microsoft, everethings is fine. .If anyone know how to fix it, please feel free to reply me <3

I am having the same issue. I am trying to run an Insta360 X3 as a webcam. The X3 works in Zoom, Teams, and MS. Just can not get passed the buttons FPS and Video Format being red in OBS.
