So I have been recording multiple games using the game capture option in obs for a month now. However, just today when I opened up obs my frames in-game starting to lock at 12. When I switched profiles to record my desktop instead, my frames went back up to around 800 in minecraft (I have a GTX 1070). I tried reinstalling obs but all of my games continued to lock at 12 fps when obs is open and ready to record. I don't even have to be recording, when I have obs open at all my frames go down. I didn't change any of my settings, this just happened randomly. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated!

I removed all of my other scenes and sources. My fps is locking at 12 whenever I do not have obs on top of my game window now.

Everything including the base resolution was set to 1920x1080.
However, somehow the problem just stopped occurring, although I did not change any settings. I suppose that now I'll just hope that this problem does not occur again XD
