Hi! I've been getting a problem for quite some time now. My computer BSODed once and since then, OBS sticks at 29.03 FPS without going all the way to 30 FPS. (I have a Geforce RTX 3060 in my computer.)
I tried everything, but can't fix the problem.
I'd like to know if others had that problem and what they did to fix it please.
